Space Availability - Group Study Rooms

The Group Study Rooms are located in the library in the Student Success Center on the 2nd Floor

Reservations 

  1. The library has Four Group Study Rooms that are available for current students, faculty and staff only. 

  2. Students, faculty, and staff must make their reservation using the LibCal schedule manager.

  3. Group Study Rooms can be reserved at the circulation desk, by phone, text, chat or through LibCal.

  4. Group Study Rooms may be reserved once a day, up to Two hours per day. 

  5. Reservations are accepted up to 30 days in advance. 

  6. The group that reserved the room must check-in at the circulation desk and show current RCBC ID at the start of the reserved block.

  7. The group that reserved the room is responsible for the cleanliness of the space.

  8. Reservations are held for 10 minutes, after which the room can be given to another patron.
